Who We Are

In providing care to our residents, we recognize that residents have the right to be treated with courtesy and respect for their individuality by persons providing service to them. Likewise, we ensure that residents and their family members participate in the planning of residents’ care, make decisions about their health care, and maintain their independence. We also specialize in providing culturally sensitive care and services to residents from different minorities, cultures, and backgrounds.

Our Staff

Unitedcare Assist LLC has highly qualified staff that is ready to meet your home care needs 24 hours a day and seven days a week. All caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and undergo extensive background checks and competency assessments. All patient care is supervised regularly by our RN to ensure you are getting the best care.

OUR SERVICES

We Provide 24-hour Customized Living Services such as:

  • Medication management

  • Behavior Support

  • Home Management

  • Congregate Meals

  • Health-Related Assistance

  • Health & Wellness Navigation to help residents maintain a healthy lifestyle and navigate any medical challenges that may lie ahead.

  • Assistance with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding assistance, toileting, nail care, and grooming.

  • Mobility services available include standby assistance and transfers with one or more staff members.

    Amenities

  • 4 Private bedrooms with personal TVs, and queen beds along with 3 bathrooms with showers and one without a shower.

  • Xfinity TV, landline phone, fax, and internet access via Wi-Fi.

  • A comforting living room with couches, and a widescreen TV.
